Project

Franco is pleased to be a part of the Verizon II restoration project, completed in the Fall of 2014.  This building is located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, clearly visible and a high profile example of the City’s Renaissance architecture.  Our approach to restoration and the work completed by our experienced craftsman went a long way towards preserving the integrity and beauty of the building. Plans are already underway for Phase III, ensuring that the Verizon flagship building will remain a viable part of the Pittsburgh community for years to come.
